I recently re-engage Ko Hong Construction Pte Ltd, this time to extend and build a 3rd level for my
house. They did a fantastic job again and | am delighted to share my review of them. Working with Ko Hong Construction was a breeze. Their project team paid careful attention to my needs
and requirements and they were able to translate my ideas into a stunning design concept. They showed
great creativity and innovation, offering suggestions that enhanced the overall aesthetics and
functionality of the project. They successfully completed the project within the timeframe and their

We undertook a major renovation project for our house. The Kohong Construction Pte Ltd team are
professional and well experience and deliver a beautiful result. Ariel had closely followed up from the
design to implementation and ensured all ran smoothly. Along the way, there was a some of additional
work recommended and decided to have it carried out. Work is done with thorough attention and the
result is marvellous.

We engaged Ko Hong to re-build our house about four years ago. It is now more than one year since
they handed over our house so I can attest to the excellent quality of their workmanship. Dave, Teno, William and team were attentive to our requirements and to the details in building our home. In spite of
the COVID "circuit breaker” lock-down and the restrictions that followed, they preserved to finish the I project. The team worked well with the various subcons (including the vendors that | engaged) and co-ordinated the work according to schedule. The minor works required after the handover were also promptly attended to. My sincere appreciation to Ko Hong Construction.
We engaged Ko Hong Construction to undertake the renovation works to our new home in early 2021,
amidst the restrictions and difficulties caused by the Covid-19 pandemic, Despite the many additional
layers of complexity arising from that (what with the limited numbers allowed in the workplace, supply
chain slow downs, manpower shortages and so on), Ko Hong Construction delivered our project on time,
allowing us to move in as planned.
Ko Hong Construction was reliable and responsive. Ariel, our main contact person, was always
reachable to hear us out. Dave, the person in charge, provided solutions and advice based on his years
of experience in the industry. The workmen on site were polite, friendly, hardworking and responsible.
Equally important was Ko Hong Construction’s willingness to come back after completion of the main
project to do touch up and rectification works.

Ko Hong has been journeying with my company STR from our first office establishment fit-out in a 4,069
sqft facility at Loyang back in Year 2019.
Our company have grown to over 10,000 sqft at our new facility in Space@Tampines. Hence, this is the
second time we have engaged Ko Hong to handle our office, workshop and warehouse fit-out.
Initially, we were concerned about the schedule because the fit-out was to take place over Christmas,
New Year and Lunar New Year period. Our worries were unwarranted because Ko Hong completed our
project on time, allowing us to move in smoothly.
